Halcyon Products, Inc. is proud to introduce
three new products for first responders. The new products are
the HPI Ladder Beacon, the HPI Safety Beacon, and the HPI Door
Beacon.
These products help occupants and firefighters locate a means
of egress by visually cutting through the smoke of fire and
darkness of night. They can also be used to mark landing zones
when medical helicopters are used at the scene, or by marking
the end of a long driveway for incoming apparatus in hard to
find, unlit areas.
The
HPI Ladder Beacon is made to mount
on the struts of both ground and aerial ladders (Please specify
round or square struts). This product is available with an
automatic on/off feature or manual on/off switch.

The
HPI Safety Beacon has several uses.
It can be mounted in the ground, mounted into a wall using
the drywall pick, used as a door stop, mounted to a door hinge
or stuck to metal using the magnet provided. Each unit also
comes with a belt hook for easy handling.

The
HPI Door Beacon is specially designed
to hang on the hinge of a door. This unit can be used to hold
open a door. It also comes with a magnet for hanging on metal
doors or fixtures.

All of these products are heat-resistant, chemical-resistant,
shock-resistant, and water-resistant. The 350,000 lumens strobe
light is housed in a rustproof aluminum case and can flash
up to 20 to 25 hours. The blink rates on the units are adjustable.
